Letter: Letter defending Sedita is not based on evidence

Letter defending Sedita is not based on evidence

In response to the letter “Sedita is being pilloried unjustly for firing Sacha,” trying to whitewash Mark Sacha’s efforts in court and the assertion that there was no wrongdoing and therefore his claims were warrantless based on the fact that Steven Pigeon was charged with bribery-related counts and not election fraud, reminds me of the government charging and convicting Al Capone on tax fraud charges instead of organized crime.

I think everybody knew that it wasn’t about Capone’s tax evasion that got him thrown in prison.
