State Police charged a Buffalo motorcyclist with aggravated driving while intoxicated Thursday night on the Thruway.
Troopers stopped to help a possibly disabled motorcyclist near the exit for Routes 400 and 16 in West Seneca at about 6:44 p.m.
They found Bernard F. Graves Jr., 56, who was intoxicated, State Police said. At the Buffalo barracks, Graves registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 percent, more than double the legal limit.
Authorities released Graves to a sober third party. He’s due in West Seneca Town Court on Aug. 5.
