A Buffalo man shot Tuesday night on East Delavan Avenue has been treated and released from the hospital, police said Wednesday afternoon.
The 27-year-old, whose name was not released, was struck by gunfire Tuesday evening in the 1200 block of East Delavan Avenue, according to Buffalo police.
The man walked into Erie County Medical Center after the shooting, which happened just after 6:45 p.m.
Earlier Wednesday morning, police said the man’s injuries appeared to be non-life-threatening, police said.
An investigation is continuing.
