A woman and a man from Buffalo were listed in fair condition Monday morning after three people were shot in an apparent drive-by shooting early Monday on Carl Street, according to Buffalo police.
The shooting happened shortly before 12:45 a.m. on the 100 block of Carl Street. Carl runs between East Delavan Avenue and East Ferry Street, one block east of Grider Street.
The two people listed in fair condition at Erie County Medical Center were identified by police as a 35-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman. A 39-year-old man from Cheektowaga was treated and released from ECMC. Their names were not released.
The three were taken in private vehicles to the hospital, just blocks from the shooting, according to Buffalo police.
