Two former passengers of a limo bus were charged Saturday night for their role in the December attack of their driver.
Emily Maldonado, 21, of Rano Street and and Heriberto Rivera Marti Jr., 20, of Seventh Street, both of Buffalo, were charged with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree grand larceny.
The driver told Buffalo police on December 19 that the two passengers on his limo bus became aggressive and struck him in the head. He said he fled the bus and the two trashed the bus, breaking a rear driver’s side window.
He said the two suspects also took some personal items from him that were on the bus and valued at more than $1,000.
The driver was treated at the scene in December and taken to South Buffalo Mercy Hospital for further treatment.
