A Cattaraugus County man found unconscious behind the wheel who was revived with an opioid antidote was charged last week with driving while impaired by drugs.
State Police charged Dominick A. Bleier, 20, of Limestone, after the agency received results of toxicology tests.
Bleier was found unresponsive in a driving lane on Interstate-86 in Carrollton at about 6:20 p.m. March 9, State Police said.
Troopers administered two does of Naloxone, which allowed Bleier to regain consciousness. He was transported to Olean General Hospital.
Bleier was found to be in possession of Alprazolam, a drug used to treat anxiety, and the toxicology results, received Saturday, showed other controlled substances in his system, State Police said.
He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and was issued tickets for Carrollton Town Court.
