STAFFORD – A teen-ager in a car fired a shotgun at another vehicle Monday night, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office said.
Michael T. Leubner, 18, of Pavilion, faces a reckless endangerment charge. Leubner is accused of firing a .20-gauge shotgun towards an occupied vehicle that was following the one he was in, the sheriff’s office said.
The incident happened at about 11:35 p.m. The location of the incident was not included in a news release from the sheriff’s office.
Two other people in the vehicle also face charges.
Austin J. Yockel, 19, of Byron, was charged with reckless driving. Jason A. Armstrong Jr. 19, of Stafford, was ticketed for possession of marijuana.
Leubner, who was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail, is due in Stafford Town Court on Thursday, while Yockel and Armstrong have upcoming court dates.
