Bak USA promoted Sesha Yalamanchili to chief operating officer and Alan Jankowski to chief financial officer. Yalamanchili has a bachelor’s degree the University at Buffalo. Jankwoski, a CPA, CMA, has a bachelor’s degree from Canisius College. Also, the company appointed Ryan Litt vice president of product development. Litt has a bachelor’s degree from UB.

New Era Cap Co. named Josh Creasman vice president, global supply chain and Lorenz Gan vice president, information technology. Creasman was vice president of supply chain at Mizuno. He earned his undergraduate degree from Tennessee University and graduate degree from Oregon University. Gan, a Murdoch University graduate, most recently led all IT for the Americas at the Burberry Group.

Calamar appointed Terry C. Burton general counsel. Burton received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a master’s degree from the University at Buffalo. He also holds undergraduate degrees from SUNY Buffalo and Empire State College.

The Mental Health Association of Erie County named Brendan Harrington board chair. Harrington is chief financial officer for Computer Task Group. R. A. Mercer & Co. promoted Christopher M. Zera to manager in the West Seneca office. Zera, a CPA, holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA, both from the University at Buffalo. He also holds a JD from UB School of Law.

Apex Endodontics appointed Dr. Anthony Domenico an associate dentist at its specialty dental practice. Domenico received his dental degree from Loyola College and Endodontic Specialty Certificate at University at Buffalo. He has been practicing Endodontics for 30 years in Western New York.

Gateway Longview recently appointed Kristin Rivera director of clinical services for residential treatment. Rivera, with the agency for 18 years, earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from SUNY Buffalo State.

M&T Bank promoted Christopher M. Blake to administrative vice president. Blake, with the bank for 12 years, holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Fredonia and a MBA from St. Peter’s College.

Harter Secrest & Emery named Laura K. Schwalbe an associate. Schwalbe, most recently with Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale, & Dorr in Washington, D.C., earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston University, and is a graduate of the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
