LEWISTON – Blue Mondays opens its 22nd year of free concerts on Monday at the Hennepin Park Gazebo, corner of Fourth and Center streets, Lewiston, with Maria Aurigema.
All concerts are 7 to 9 p.m.
Billy McEwen and the Soul Invaders follow on July 18, with Steve Burnside and the Original Marquis performing on July 25. The Jeremy Keyes Band closes the series on Aug. 1.
The series is presented by the Lewiston Council on the Arts (LCA) and sponsored by Elderwood, Kiwanis Club of Lewiston and Niagara Falls Bridge Commission.
The LCA will follow this series up with Blue Grass Mondays beginning with Doug Yeomans and the Mountain Run Bluegrass Band on Aug. 8. All concerts are 7 to 9 p.m. at the gazebo.
The Fratterigo Family will present the Band Anastazja on Aug. 15, followed by Creekbend on Aug. 22. The Rearview Ramblers close out the series Aug. 29.
This series is sponsored by Elderwood and the Lewiston-Niagara on the Lake Rotary Club.
