The Sabres will spend most of their preseason on the road.

Buffalo and the Leafs will kick off their back-to-back meetings Sept. 29 in St. Catharines, Ont.
The Sabres and Carolina Hurricanes will meet on consecutive nights Oct. 4-5. The first game will be a Kraft Hockeyville contest in Marquette, Mich., and the teams will travel Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., for the conclusion of the series.
The Sabres will end their preseason Oct. 7 against Ottawa in the Senators' Canadian Tire Centre. The regular season begins Oct. 13 with a home game against Montreal.
