Falls man turns self in on drug-dealing charges

LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man pleaded not guilty to a four-felony drug indictment Monday in State Supreme Court.

William R. Bradley, 34, of South Avenue, is charged with two counts each of third- degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said Bradley allegedly sold crack cocaine to a police informant wearing a recording device Dec. 8 and 14. He turned himself in on the charges Monday and was released without bail by Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr.
