Elma welcomes two busineses to town

The Elma town council welcomed two new businesses to town last week.

Hollywood Hair Design and Maple Hill Service Inc. were issued business use permits at Wednesday’s council meeting.

Hollywood Hair will set up shop at 6434 Seneca St., which has housed several businesses in the past including barber shop, pet groomers, and most recently an e-cigarette store.

The e-cigarette store closed less than a year after relocating there from East Aurora.

Maple Hill Service is opening at 717 Jamison Road, near Bowen Road and will lease indoor storage space for construction equipment.

Business owner Jason Michael said he is leasing the space but hopes to purchase the building, which is for sale.
