Public lewdness alleged in Falls parking lot arrest

NIAGARA FALLS – A Youngstown man was charged with public lewdness early Saturday after he exposed himself to an employee in the Military Road parking lot of the Super Walmart store, Niagara Falls police said.

Jordan R. Webb, 30, of Elliott Street also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle. The suspect, who was in a sport utility vehicle, police said, targeted an employee on break in her car about 3:30 a.m.. Police added that after exposing himself, he folowed the victim when she moved to another area of the parking lot to evade the suspect.
