1. Three years later, woman charged in 2013 fatal Evans hit-and-run case

June 22, 2016: Three years after Barry Moss was killed in a hit-and-run in Evans, Gabriele Ballowe is charged in connection to his death. “This is going to be an inconvenience. I have things to do today,” she told Evans police when they arrested her Tuesday morning, according to Erie County Assistant District Attorney Thomas Finnerty.
