Pavilion teen accused of injury threat during argument

PAVILION – A Pavilion man arrested Tuesday is accused of threatening to injure someone during a heated argument in a home in the 7000 block of Junction Road, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.

Clay A. Fisher, 18, is charged with second-degree attempted assault. Deputies said he threatened his victim with a dangerous instrument.

The suspect as arraigned in Pavilion Town Court and released under the supervision of the Genesee Justice Bureau ahead of a July 5 court hearing.
