Network Task Group named Joseph Wuts, field telecommunication engineer, Scott Regan Sr., telecommunication engineer and Darren Ziemba, operations. Wuts has more than 30 years experience within the communications industry. Regan has more than 35 years professional experience in the communications industry. Ziemba is a 19-year career professional within the IT industry. Also, the company promoted Walter Kozlowski to field telecommunications supervisor. He has more than 35 years as a career professional within the communications industry.


The Bonadio Group named Thomas Bruckel, CPA and partner, as the firm’s tax practice leader, following the retirement of Jeffrey Corey, CPA and former tax practice leader. Corey will continue to support the firm and its clients as a senior council member. Bruckel was also appointed as team leader for the Bonadio Group’s tax team in Rochester.

The McGuire Group’s six facilities are among a short list of 33 facilities state‐wide that have achieved the top quintile status for three consecutive years in the New York State Department of Health’s Nursing Home Quality Initiative, which evaluates more than 600 nursing homes in the state. The McGuire Group is the only multi-facility provider in the state to achieve this milestone. The reports rank facilities by quintile using indicators such as pressure ulcers, falls, catheter use, deterioration in activities of daily living, flu vaccine rates, resident weight loss, rehospitalization rates and more. Additionally, in the most recent list published in January, the McGuire Group’s Autumn View Health Care Facility scored the highest among all Western New York facilities.


Manzella Marketing Group moved its offices to 5360 Genesee St. in Bowmansville. Manzella had served clients from its 80 Sonwil Drive location since 1996, after nine years in the village of Williamsville.


The Dollar General Literacy Foundation awarded the Buffalo City Mission a $15,000 grant to support adult literacy. The local grant is part of more than $7.1 million in grants awarded to more than 900 schools, nonprofits and organizations across the 43 states that Dollar General serves.
