Letter: Gratwick Park could use signage, public restroom

Gratwick Park could use signage, public restroom

I walk through Gratwick Park in North Tonawanda quite often with my friends, and we enjoy its surroundings. It sure attracts a lot of people – families, joggers, walkers and boaters. We all go there to relax and enjoy; it’s truly a beautiful park by the water.

However, in my opinion, there are two important things missing. First, the park’s name is not posted at either entrance. It would be helpful for visitors from out of town. Second, and more importantly, where is the public bathroom? None is available, except the Johnny on the spots, which I do use. Whoever is in charge, please consider making these changes in the near future.
