Eleven food trucks, offering a variety of specialized dishes and desserts, will be featured from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the kickoff of the fourth annual Food Truck Rodeo hosted by the Buffalo History Museum, One Museum Court at Elmwood Avenue and Nottingham Terrace.
There will be free museum admission, extra seating for picnicking, children’s activities and DJ music by Amilcar Hill, known as DJ Milk. Food trucks will serve until 8:30 p.m., and visitors are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chairs.
The Food Truck Rodeo will be held the first Wednesday of summer months. Other dates are July 6, Aug. 3 and Sept. 7.
