A Town of Tonawanda motorcyclist with a revoked driver’s license was arrested Thursday night for having a homemade registration sticker and a stolen license plate.
Adam J. Nice of Brighton Road faces two felony charges along with drunken driving charges after a traffic stop in the City of Tonawanda, police said.
Nice, 42, was pulled over for running a stop sign at Hinds and Fletcher streets, City of Tonawanda police said.
The motorcycle he was riding had a license plate reported stolen out of Kenmore, according to police. His driver’s license had been revoked for a prior driving while intoxicated conviction in North Tonawanda. Police also found a forged vehicle registration sticker attached to the license plate.
Nice registered a blood-alcohol content of .11 percent in a breath test at the police station.
Police charged him with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, possession of a forged instrument, DWI, driving with a BAC greater than .08 percent, driving without a license, having a switched license plate, as well as four other traffic charges.
