‘Nice’ motorcyclist with no license, stolen plate and fake sticker arrested for DWI

A Town of Tonawanda motorcyclist with a revoked driver’s license was arrested Thursday night for having a homemade registration sticker and a stolen license plate.

Nice registered a blood-alcohol content of .11 percent in a breath test at the police station.

Police charged him with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, possession of a forged instrument, DWI, driving with a BAC greater than .08 percent, driving without a license, having a switched license plate, as well as four other traffic charges.
