Senior midfielder Cooper Stefaniak (St. Francis) will represent Hobart and play for the North Friday afternoon in the 75th annual U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association/ Nike North-South Division I-II All-Star game at Cabrini College in Radnor, Pa. The game is part of the sport’s championship weekend events in the Philadelphia area. Stefaniak, who was the Hobart captain, is the 120th Statesman to earn a place in the game. He appeared in 47 career games producing 38 goals and 15 assists along with 113 ground balls. This season the Lancaster resident played in all 17 games and scored 13 goals with six assists as Hobart went 10-7 and played in the NCAA Division I tournament for the first time since 2004. He was a second-team All-Northeast Conference selection.
