Woman who stole money from ex-husband will repay it

LOCKPORT – A Lyndonville woman who stole more than $1,000 from her ex-husband will use her bail money to pay back most of it.

Kelly M. Rados, 39, of Maple Avenue, a former Town of Lockport resident, was placed on six months’ interim probation Wednesday by State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr., and must repay $1,021.70 by November. The court returned $1,000 bail Rados posted to help her with that.

She was allowed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor, petit larceny, in the wake of the theft by means of a forged check, which occurred July 1, 2013.
