Knife-wielding bandit robs South Buffalo convenience store

A South Buffalo convenience store was robbed early Sunday by a bandit wielding a large knife, police reported.

The suspect entered the Buzz-N-Bee store in the 2000 block of Seneca Street about 1:15 a.m. with the knife, causing the clerk to flee from the counter area, South District officers said.

The suspect was described as a 6-foot tall male weighing about 200 pounds and wearing black clothing and a ski mask. He fled with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
