PORTER – A Niagara Falls man is facing charges of third-degree identity theft following an investigation into thefts from vehicles in the town of Porter, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office in a release.
Joseph A. Bishara, 27, was arrested on charges that also included fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Bishara was charged after the investigation found he had used credit card stolen from one of the vehicles at a Town of Niagara business, the sheriff’s office stated.
Bishara was sent to the Niagara County Jail after being arraigned in Lewiston Town Court. Additional charges are expected to be filed, the sheriff’s office said.
