Doctors, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, community service providers and others who care for the aging population are welcome to a conference that focuses on mental health from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday in American Legion Post 1451, 6525 Ward Road, Sanborn.
Eileen Trigoboff, director of program evaluation at Buffalo Psychiatric Center, will be keynote speaker for the Coalition of Agencies in Service to the Elderly (CASE) spring professional networking conference, entitled “Shining the Light on Mental Health.” Following her address, there will be a discussion of current mental health issues specific to senior care. Speakers will include Mental Health Association of Niagara County Executive Director Cheryl Blacklock and Community Education Team member Heather Jones.
