Two Buffalo men were charged with possession with intent to sell after police recovered crack cocaine and marijuana on Monday.
The two were observed in a vacant field at 5 p.m. in the 200 block of Walden Avenue. When they spotted officers they took off running, police said.
Following a chase, police arrested Johnny McGiver, 32, and Tyshawn Young, 33. Both were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, and third and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
Police also seized $1,172 from Young, according to their report.
