Two are charged after they are found with several bags of marijuana

NIAGARA FALLS — Niagara Falls police officers on patrol in the 1300 block of Pierce Avenue charged two men after the officers smelled and then spotted a large bag of marijuana in plain view on the center console of a vehicle just before 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

Myles D. Agee, 26, of Jerauld Avenue told police it was his vehicle and allowed police to confiscate the marijuana. Police reported finding more marijuana in his trousers pocket and a third bag in his vehicle.

A second man, Thomas D. George, 22, of Cedar Avenue, was found carrying two bags of marijuana in his hooded sweatshirt.

Agee and George were charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
