Best-selling items: Pork taco (with pickled red onions), $2.64; chicken burrito, $6.99.

Signature items: Fish tacos, $3.14; Krazy Corn during the summer (grilled corn on the cob topped with Krazy Corn sauce, cotija cheese, chili powder and cilantro).

Quirkiest item: Dirty South (buttermilk fried chicken, baby kale, bacon aioli, waffle pieces and maple syrup), $3.14 taco, $7.99 burrito. [Fish tacos and Dirty South are specialty items on the truck that aren't always available, but they're on the regular menu at the Taco Factory.]
