Blink-182 primed for Darien Lake this summer

Much has changed for Blink-182, but the punk trio's summer tour will include a stop at Darien Lake.

Blink will perform at 7 p.m. Aug. 24 in Darien Lake Performing Arts Center (9993 Allegheny Road, Darien). Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. May 6 and run between $25-$75. They'll be available online at, or by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

Special guests for the show include Florida rockers A Day to Remember and Maryland pop-punk group All Time Low.

With former lead singer Tom DeLonge no longer involved and ex-Alkaline Trio frontman Matt Skiba in his place, Blink-182 plans to release "California," its first album since "Neighborhoods" in 2011, on July 1. The record's first single "Bored to Death," below, was released on April 27.

[Update, noon April 28: The DeLonge situation is still murky -- Rolling Stone reports that he still believes he's part of Blink-182.]
