A Cheektowaga teenager was sentenced to nine months in jail by Town Justice Paul Piotrowski following the youth’s guilty plea to criminal trespass charges.
Anthony R. Fuller, 18, of St. Mary’s Street was arrested last August after he pried open a window at the home of an elderly woman on Satinwood Drive and entered her house at about 6 a.m. The woman discovered Fuller in her yard and called police, who found the suspect blocks away from the scene. Fuller was charged with attempted burglary.
In deciding Fuller’s sentence Monday, Piotrowski took into consideration the breadth of Fuller’s criminal history, along with the fear he had instilled in his victim.
