Insyte Consulting named Thomas Lynch, Michael Metzger and Michael Ulbrich to its board of directors. Lynch is the president and CEO for Goodwill Industries of WNY and the chairman of the board of the Veterans One-Stop Center of WNY. Metzger is a strategic adviser for Blackstone Advanced Technologies, a Jamestown company that specializes in welding, sanding, paint coating & finishing, as well as other metal fabrication services. Ulbrich is the president of EWI New York. Officers of the board of directors for 2016 are: chairman, Steven F. Calzi; secretary, Kenneth P. Friedman; and treasurer, Stephen T. LoVullo.


Kathleen Strobele, a general ledger analyst at Lumsden & McCormick, was inducted into Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society in business, management and administration in recognition of her high academic achievements while pursuing a master’s degree at Daemen College.


Energi, a provider of risk management and insurance programs for the energy industry, has recognized Bob Saraceno of Lawley as a 2016 Energi Elite Producer. At Energi’s third Elite Producer Conference in Miami, Energi acknowledged 65 of its leading producers for their outstanding performance. Saraceno, a Tonawanda resident, has been with Lawley for five years.
