ALBION – A Town of Kendall man was arrested by Orleans County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday after he allegedly pointed a shotgun at two people during an argument.
Frederick K. Bohn, 35, of Kendall Road was charged with 2nd degree menacing, arraigned in Town of Kendall Court and released without bail. Bohn is scheduled to return to court on May 5.
Meanwhile, sheriff’s deputies Tuesday also arrested a Medina man for speeding and possession of a hypodermic instrument following a traffic stop in the Town of Shelby.
Cory M. Schunk, 30, of Erin Road was stopped for allegedly speeding on State Route 63. A subsequent investigation by deputies revealed Schunk was in possession of drug paraphernalia, including a hypodermic needle. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
