Judith Gabler, team leader of the Judi Gabler Team under RealtyUSA, an independent real estate broker, has received the 30 Under 30 Award from Realtor Magazine. The award is given each year by the National Association of Realtors.


The Bonadio Group promoted Daniel Morrison from assistant accountant to experienced assistant on the commercial team, and Jonathan Molzan from experienced assistant to in-charge account in the commercial division. Also the firm promoted Joshua Woodworth from assistant accountant to experienced assistant on the small business advisory team.

Paul Rubino, owner of 716 Party Rental and Airbooth, and real estate partner, William Breeser have acquired an abandoned South Buffalo paint factory at 113 Colgate Ave. The 15,000 square foot site will be the new location of 716 Party Rental and the photo booth sales and manufacturing company, Airbooth. Renovation will be starting soon on the century old structure. The remainder of the space will be available for lease.


Cannon Heyman & Weiss, a boutique law firm with offices in Buffalo and Albany, is celebrating 15 years of service to their clients and local communities. The firm has grown to nearly 50 people. To accommodate the growth, the Buffalo office recently moved into larger space in the Larkin Building in Buffalo, and the Albany office just completed an expansion and renovations to its offices on State Street in downtown Albany.
