LOCKPORT – A City of Lockport man pleaded guilty Tuesday in State Supreme Court to a felony count of driving while intoxicated.
It’s the fourth alcohol-related conviction for Timothy J. Zastrow, 58, of Pine Street, and it stems from an Oct. 28 arrest in the City of Lockport.
Zastrow was convicted of misdemeanor DWI in the City of Lockport in 2009 and of impaired driving in 1984 and 1994.
Acting District Attorney Theodore A. Brenner recommended a six-month limit on jail time for Zastrow, but Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. made no commitment. He has the option of sending Zastrow to state prison for as long as four years when he returns to court June 7.
