DUNKIRK – A home on Leopard Street was damaged in an early-morning fire.
Smoke was reported in the area just after midnight and firefighters found a blaze on the second floor of a two-story home at 529 Leopard, the Dunkirk Fire Department said. The fire was contained to the second floor.
The structure was empty at the time of the fire and fire officials were unsure if the residence was occupied.
No one was injured and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
