Lomo Lomo, a food truck with an eclectic menu of that draws from Central America, Korea, Mexico and elsewhere, started serving food last week.
Owners Sam Geyer and Matt Pauszek offer dishes like cracked potatoes with herbs, lime juice, and curry aioli, and pig chaufa, roast pork shoulder with jasmine rice, red quinoa, black bean hash, and chimichurri. Geyer has worked at Betty’s and The Lodge; Pauszek at Lexington Co-op.
Lomo Lomo will be at Flying Bison for Food Truck Tuesdays, Geyer said.
