YOUNGSTOWN – Village police arrested a man on March 26 after following him to his Blairville Road home and watching him stumble out of his smoking car, according to reports.
Officers said Joseph M. Caraglin, 28, pulled into the driveway of his home about 11 p.m., his vehicle smoking and smelling of “burnt rubber,” then proceeded to stumble out of the vehicle and fall into another car. Officers also said they had been following his vehicle, which was being operated in erratic fashion. Caraglin displayed signs of intoxication and later registered a 0.21 reading on a breath test, nearly three times the legal limit.
He was charged with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.
