BATAVIA – The Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force confiscated crack cocaine, heroin and other drugs while arresting two Rochester residents in a raid at a Bank Street residence in Batavia, officials announced Friday.
The task force, made up of officers from several local police departments, executed the search warrant while investigating the illegal possession and sales of narcotics from that residence.
Investigators confiscated some crack cocaine, heroin, cocaine hydrochloride, marijuana and cash in the raid, which was conducted Thursday.
Officers charged Jerry Riley III, 38, with two felony drug counts, one misdemeanor and one violation, according to police reports. He was sent to the Genesee County Jail without bail, following his arraignment before Batavia City Court Judge Robert Balbick.
Brianna L. Meacham, 26, faces one misdemeanor and one violation charge, police said. She was given appearance tickets and turned over to Cheektowaga police on an outstanding warrant.
