A Cheektowaga man with a prior drunken driving conviction faces a felony driving while intoxicated charge after being arrested Sunday night in Brant.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office charged Jason Suchocki, 36, after responding to reports of an erratic driver on Route 20 just after 9:30 p.m.
A deputy located Suchocki’s vehicle in a parking lot. Suchocki had a restricted license and was required to operate a vehicle with an ignition interlock device, the sheriff’s office said.
In addition to the felony DWI charge, he also was charged with failing to have a mandated interlock device, driving without insurance and two other traffic violations.
He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center and held on $500 bail.
