The Erie County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday charged a Delevan man with the attempted burglary of a Springville pharmacy.
Travis Neu, 26, was charged in connection with an incident at Spring Creek Pharmacy on Feb. 28. Responding to a broken glass alarm, police found a broken window and damaged door, the sheriff’s office said.
After reviewing surveillance video, Neu was located Thursday at a Delavan home and taken to the sheriff’s substation in Springville. After making a statement, Neu was charged with attempted burglary and criminal mischief.
He also made a statement about a July 2015 incident at a rehabilitation center and nursing home. In that case, he was charged with petit larceny.
