Lowdown: Fackrell tore an ACL in the 2014 season opener and missed the entire year. While he was injured, his wife, Elizabeth, gave birth to a daughter. ... Upon returning to the field in 2015, Fackrell had 82 tackles, including 15 for losses, and led the country with five fumble recoveries. He was selected to the All-Mountain West first team and was a Butkus Award semifinalist. ... A former quarterback in high school, Fackrell also played basketball and volleyball. He’s got the ideal height and athleticism for an edge rusher in today’s NFL. ... Had more than 80 tackles in each of his last three full seasons. Sack totals were low, but Fackrell was asked to play in coverage. He’s got the tools to develop as a pass rusher in the NFL. ... Reportedly met with the Bills at the Senior Bowl.
