Town of Niagara woman forfeits $4,637 in cocaine case

LOCKPORT – A Town of Niagara woman, arrested in an Aug. 19 police drug raid at her Joanne Circle home, pleaded guilty Wednesday in Niagara County Court and agreed to forfeit $4,637 in cash that police seized in the raid.

Jessica L. Gordon, 29, also admitted to third-degree criminal possession of cocaine. Judge Matthew J. Murphy III admitted her to the judicial diversion program of court-supervised drug treatment, where she risks up to nine years in prison if she fails to become clean and sober.

Gordon’s live-in boyfriend, Wilfredo Borges II, 34, also was arrested in the same raid and will try to get into diversion at his next court date Monday.
