A Buffalo man charged with multiple offenses involving alleged sexual assaults against two child victims was arraigned Wednesday in State Supreme Court.
Michael P. Milton, 40, pleaded not guilty to two counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, one count of second-degree rape, one count of third-degree rape and one count of criminal sexual act against a child.
The girls allegedly were assaulted in 2014. Milton has been in custody since November 2015, and Justice John L. Michalski ordered that he be held without bail. Milton is scheduled to return to court May 10.
