Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Clancy of Cheektowaga celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary with a marriage blessing at St. Martha Catholic Church in Depew, followed by a family brunch at Banchetti by Rizzo. Mr. Clancy and the former Elizabeth Spizzano were married Jan. 19,1946, in St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Buffalo. He is a retired railroad conductor for Conrail in Buffalo, and a World War II veteran for the U.S. Army Air Force. She is a retired office clerk for Carpenter Technolgy Co. in Cheektowaga. They have two children, five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
