The Nardin varsity squash team wrapped up its season finishing seventh out of 16 teams in Division IV at the High School Nationals in Philadelphia. The Vikings went 2-2 during the tournament, defeating Miss Porter’s School (Conn.) (4-3) and Spence School of New York City (4-3).
Three Timon rowers who competed in the West Side Rowing Club indoor rowing competition on Feb. 6 had personal best times for 2,000 meters. In the novice race, Hunter Schmidt finished in first place in 7:16. Freshman Austin Reszel pulled a personal best of 7:34, and Austin Gallego lowered his personal best by seven seconds in the under 17 division.
Lockport Express 15U AA ice hockey team won its third straight 16U tournament title on Presidents Day. The team won the championship over the Wilkes-Barre Knights, 4-3, and outscored its opponents 31-10.
