LOCKPORT – Police said they found a wide assortment of illegal drugs in the home of Eric H. James when they executed a search warrant there Sept. 24. On Friday, James pleaded not guilty to a three-count indictment in Niagara County Court.

James, 46, of 21st Street, Niagara Falls, is charged with third-, fifth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Assistant District Attorney Peter M. Wydysh said the raid allegedly turned up alprazolam and oxycodone pills, Suboxone strips and cocaine.
