A 22-year-old Germain Street man who allegedly made a number of questionable maneuvers with his vehicle before being forced to the curb on Broadway about 12:25 a.m. Thursday was arrested when loaded sawed-off shotgun covered by a jacket was found in the rear seat of his vehicle. Brandon Frontuto (cq) was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Though he also admitted his driver’s license was suspended and he had a crack pipe on him, he was charged with seven-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving without a license. He was also charged with a number of Vehicle and Traffic infractions. He remained in custody at the Erie County Holding Center Thursday night.
