A 22-year-old Baynes Avenue man was arrested on drug charges after appearing to be trying to use a cell phone on the road about 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
Zachery Kociszewski was pulled over by Buffalo police as he drove along Baynes near Auburn Avenue. After he was parked, officers reported finding narcotic pills outside of their packaging on the floor in his car. He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substances and possession of controlled substances outside their original container. He was not cited for alleged cell phone use.
