The Marilla Fire Company is helping the community learn how to save lives with a A “hands-only” CPR course, sponsored by the Emily Rose Foundation.
According to the American Heart Association, most people who experience cardiac arrest at home, work or in public die because they don’t receive immediate CPR form someone at the scene.
Donations to the foundation will help raise awareness and fund future CPR and automated external defibrillator training.
The program is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. March 10 at the Marilla Fire Co. Fire Hall, 1950 West Ave.
To register, contact Joel at 716-863-2153 or e-mail email@example.com.
