Buffalo crack dealer gets five-year prison term

Terrance Baylor, 42, of Buffalo was ordered by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara Friday to serve five years in federal prison on his conviction for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and being a prior felon in possession of a firearm.

Assistant U.S. Attorney George C. Burgasser said Buffalo police raided Baylor’s Box Street home on Feb. 8, 2012. Officers seized 116 grams of crack cocaine and two firearms. As a prior felon, Baylor was not legally entitled to possess firearms, the prosecutor said.
