Kalos Health appointed Dr. Richard Castaldo medical director for the managed long term care program. Castaldo received his bachelor’s and medical degrees from the University of Rome Medical School. He maintains a primary care practice in Niagara Falls as well as serves as the primary care doctor for Niagara University’s Division I Hockey Team.


Independent Health named Daniel Weintraub and Patricia Smith to its board of directors Weintraub is a CPA and a founding partner in the accounting firm of Lougen Valenti Bookbinder & Weintraub. Smith is the former president and CEO of Alliance of Community Health Plans, retiring in 2015 after nine years leading the organization.

Match Marketing Group recently relocated from East Aurora to an office in downtown Buffalo. The office, located on the first floor of the newly renovated Fairmont Creamery at 199 Scott Street will serve national clients that include ESPN, AT&T, the National Hockey League, and the newly acquired PPG Paints.
